Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. We are American Family Homes, a San Diego native, dual husband and wife owned property management company. Truthfully our story may not be all that different from yours. When we first got into this business, we worked with many property management companies and unfortunately, our experience was nothing to write home about. We were surprised by the lack of communication, care and urgency in the property management industry as a whole. With our background in real estate investing as well as over twenty four years of real estate experience, we saw a major need for quality property management companies in the San Diego market. That’s when we decided to build a business that provided all the missing elements of an above average property management company. We wanted better and we wanted to provide better~so we DID!
